RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your original order.
– The product must be returned in its original packaging with its original labels
– The product should not be worn and /or washed
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse. Then the amount will be refunded. Please be aware that, depending on the payment method, it can take up to 10 days to receive the money on your bank account.
Your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase:
PayPal:
If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
IDEAL:
If the payment was made using Ideal, the value of your return will be refunded to your bank account that paid the order.
